Order Tracking
HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Remember that you can track your order:
1) By email , Belovecraft USA will always keep you informed about any update on the status of your order, so we invite you to continually check your inbox or SPAM. Try searching our notifications by sender: info@belovecraft.com
2) Through our " Order Tracking " section with your order number (alphanumeric code that starts with L) and the email address registered with your purchase.
3) Log in to My Account > Order History > Orders, Select and click on the order number for which you wish to obtain an update > View Details.
Remember that you will have to wait for our warehouse to prepare your order to be able to view the shipping guide and validate the status of your delivery on the site of our logistics partners.
If your order has more than 1 item, the products may be shipped separately and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Payments
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES BELOVECRAFT OFFER FOR PURCHASE?
Belovecraft offers you the following payment methods, choose the one that best suits your needs and start changing your life through sport.
1) Credit/Debit Card Payments (VISA, MasterCard and American Express)
2) PAYPAL. Pay with your credit and/or debit cards through your account.
3) KUESKI PAY . You can make your purchase now and pay in fortnights! No credit cards , no down payment and no commissions. with Kueski Pay as your payment method.
4) POSTPONEMENT. Purchase on credit with instant approval! Purchase in 5 biweekly installments paying the first installment at the time of purchase using Aplazo as your payment method.
5) Checkout of Mercado Pago , pay with your Mercado Crédito, Mercado Pago Wallet, with debit cards, CASH at OXXO or 7ELEVEN and electronic transfers with your Mercado Pago account,
Remember that your payment line is valid for 3 days from the date of creation. We suggest you make your payment as soon as possible, to avoid any inconvenience with your order. Without this payment confirmation, Belovecraft will not be able to ship your order.
Once we process your payment we will notify you via email. In case you do not receive this confirmation, we suggest:
- Check your SPAM tray to ensure that notifications about your order have not been received there. Look for the sender info@belovecraft.com
- Review your banking transactions to verify if the payment was actually made, or if there was any problem with your card (security rejections, insufficient funds).
- For cash payments, contact our Customer Service Center through social networks to place or verify the status of your order with your payment confirmation.
Deliveries
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once our warehouse finishes preparing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking guide. From this moment, Belovecraft will deliver to the address registered in the order within a time established in the Shipping Policies | BELOVECRAFT in force for each Country.
If you used our Express Shipping you will receive it in a maximum of 7 (seven) business days. Remember that this service is only available for certain zip codes in Mexico and the United States. Remember that you may receive more than one shipping guide if your order was shipped in more than one package , so we suggest you track your order from your Account.
